Mission Trip to Haiti May 5-12

We Got All The Money We Needed!

Recently Jonathan has had the opportunity to lead worship again in the global prayer room on the Nightwatch. I (Theresa) have really enjoyed seeing his growth as a worship leader over the last few years and how God uses him to cause people to easily engage in worship and intercession. Many of the sets are still available to watch.

We praise God that in a few short weeks we received all we need for our soon approaching missions trip to Haiti! Thank you for sowing and laboring with us as we go to this nation. If you would like to sow into the ministries we will be working with on this trip, you are still able to give, just attach a note or send us a quick email letting us know you want your gift to go to Haiti.

Our trip dates are May 5-12, and we will be spending the majority of our time in Croix-de-Bouquets, Haiti, which is a more rural area about 30 minutes northeast of Port-au-Prince, the capital city of Haiti. Please join us by covering this trip in your prayers. We are asking for safe travels, for God to move in powerful ways, and especially for Theresa’s health. We are going to do quite a bit of travel while we are there on windy countryside roads, and Theresa can get quite sick from motion sickness. Also, with some of her food allergies she won’t be able to as easily regulate the food she eats while in the country. Please pray for divine health for our bodies!

Finishing Construction on Our Basement

Lately, when we are not in the prayer room or serving in ministry, we have been keeping very busy with remodeling our basement! We finished installing an egress window in the bedroom to make it a legal bedroom in December. In February, we finished putting in a closet and a doorway at the bottom of the stairs to separate the levels of the house. Now, we are nearing finishing putting in a kitchenette in what used to be a storage room. We also recently had to have our breaker box upgraded since it was completely filled up with breakers. We are excited to finish this major remodel project enabling us rent our basement out. We have been learning a lot about construction especially thanks to our friends, Ben and Shannon.
