Webstream is a Lifeline to Iranian Christian Fleeing for His Life
When an Iranian man, Hamed, found Jesus, he was forced to run for his life. Fleeing his country on horseback, he miraculously escaped as he was shot at by the Iranian police. As a refugee, he found our prayer room webstream and began watching daily. He prayed, “God, please send me to a place like this.” Every day, we lead thousands just like him in prayer. Watch his story on the Youtube video above.

Beginning to Win the Battle for LIFE in Texas
Over a Dozen Abortion Clinics Shut Down So Far
After pro-choice protests kept powerful Pro-LIFE legislation from passing in Texas, God directed me to gather a band of intercessors to pray inside of the Texas Capitol. On the day we prayed, songs echoed through the legislative chambers as over four hundred believers streamed through the east entrance of the Capitol building. They sang “Amazing Grace” the anthem that brought down the slave trade in England a few centuries ago. A couple of weeks later, the bill passed. Since that time, a dozen abortion clinics have been closed including Planned Parenthood in my hometown of Lufkin, Texas. More are expected to close as key parts of the legislation continue to go into effect.
Haiti—The Pearl of the Caribbean
Mission Trip January 6-13, 2014
Next month, I am traveling to Haiti with IHOPKC’s ministry called “Haitian Pearl” to continue working to mobilize intercession for Haiti. We desire to serve Haiti through night and day prayer and works of justice. Pray as we go that God would use us in this nation that He so dearly loves. Years before Haiti was deemed “the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere,” Haiti was called the “Pearl of the Caribbean.” A pearl is formed over years, hidden from view inside of an oyster, where something painful is turned into something beautiful. We believe that Haiti is one such pearl, and that Jesus Christ gave everything to have her as His own (Matt. 13:45-46).
Taking the Gospel to the Nations
“This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Matt 24:14) We are partnering with many mission organizations from all over the earth to see the Gospel preached worldwide so Jesus can return. We have helped hold over eighteen congresses gathering mission leaders from all over the world where mission organizations have made commitments to take the Gospel to the remaining tribes of the earth. Recently, the president of Campus Crusade for Christ remarked that he is persuaded that the Great Commission will be fulfilled in our lifetime and that he personally thinks it will be fulfilled in the next decade!
Report – Year of Building my Partnership Team
Thank You for Helping Me Reach 85% of my goal!
This past year, I have focused my attention on building a solid, monthly partnership team. For almost ten years, as a full-time missionary, I have raised all my income maintaining about $850 of committed monthly partnership. Because many gave special gifts, I have been able to stay in ministry. However, last year, those special gifts almost completely dried up.
At the beginning of this year, I decided that in order to continue long-term in ministry, I needed a larger team of monthly partners. So, I ventured out for three months to build that team. After working really hard, I am ending this year with almost $3,000 of committed monthly partnership! Thank You Jesus! I still need to raise another $500 a month, but I am so thankful! I really enjoyed ministering in a new church almost every Sunday and meeting many new people. I was amazed to see that God is truly moving in His church.
